Racism isn’t about race anymore — It’s about money (and no one wants to admit it)

Racism is less about personal hatred or race itself and more about economic power and inequality. Marginalized groups are often kept at a disadvantage through wage gaps, unequal access to education, housing discrimination, and limited economic mobility—systems that benefit those already in power. Framing these issues purely as racial conflict distracts from the deeper role money plays in maintaining inequality. By avoiding conversations about wealth, class, and economic control, society allows systemic injustice to continue while treating racism as only a social or cultural problem rather than a financial one.
